1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items including our Cloud Long Sleeve Shirts, B2 Henleys, and WerkPants. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Tags must still be attached
• Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Personalized or custom products
• Items without original packaging
• Used or damaged merchandise

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include the original packing slip or proof of purchase
4. Ship to the address provided with your Return Authorization

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take 5-10 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

5. Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds. For a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as our M1 Zip Up Hoodie or Tech Flannel), please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
